Nos acercábamos al fin de mes, era más o menos un 18 del mes, faltaban 7 días para cerrar ventas y solo llevábamos el 45% del presupuesto.
El estrés se hacia latente en la oficina y la cara de preocupación era notoria, pues llegaríamos en el mejor estimado al 70% de la cuota.
De pronto, ingreso nuestro jefe con uno de los clientes más importantes de la regional.
El cliente nos saludó uno a uno sonriendo, cómo expresando la calma en medio de tanta ansiedad de la venta.
Mi jefe abrió la reunión con estas palabras:
