1️⃣- Todos los días debes pensar en vender y rotar, vender y rotar; ese es el circulo virtuoso por excelencia.
2️⃣- Un buen vendedor debe estar atento a los indicadores de sus clientes (inventarios, cartera, rotación, exhibiciones, precios, descuentos, promociones, activaciones de marca, competencia, crecimientos, decrecimientos, rebates, etc.) y saber optimizar el análisis de estos para generar nuevas ventas.
3️⃣- Si posees un presupuesto, bájalo, así como yo te entrego el presupuesto, bájalo a tus clientes y seguro tus clientes los bajará a los otros clientes o consumidores.
4️⃣- Tienes 4 semanas para llegar a tu objetivo, te pido encarecidamente que de una vez me digas qué necesitas para cumplir tu presupuesto. Por favor, no me llegues a cinco días de cerrar ventas pidiendo cosas que no podré darte.
5️⃣- Si necesitas que salga contigo, avísame de una vez, miremos el cliente, el negocio, las situaciones y tratemos de ganar todos.
6️⃣- Recuerda insistir, persistir, resistir y nunca desistir. Quiero que seas el mejor en ventas, de hecho, me interesa que ganes dinero y así ganar YO.
7️⃣- No voy a bajar la cuota, no voy a bajar tu presupuesto, estoy dispuesto a subir tus competencias como vendedor y no voy a ceder, voy a intercambiar.
